By submitting video content through the upload link provided by a Creator on Rezonate, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not submit content to Rezonate.
  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing the upload link and submitting video content for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
  2. Description of the Service
    Rezonate allows fans to upload video content to specific events via links shared by Creators (including artists, event organizers, venues, labels, etc.). Your submission will be shared with both Rezonate and the Creator who provided the link, who may use the video for various purposes as described below.
  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 13 years old to submit video content through Rezonate. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to submit content.
  4. Video Submission and Ownership
    • Ownership: You retain ownership of the video content you submit through Rezonate.
    • License to Rezonate and the Creator: By submitting video content, you grant both Rezonate and the Creator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works of your video in connection with the event, the Creator’s promotional activities, and Rezonate’s services.
    • Creator’s Use of Content: The Creator may use your submitted video content for their own purposes, including marketing, promotional materials, or other public-facing uses. You acknowledge that once you submit video content, the Creator has the right to use it as they see fit within these Terms.
    • Rezonate’s Use of Content: Rezonate may also use your video content to operate, promote, and improve the platform, and for purposes such as showcasing the content on the Rezonate app, website, or related platforms.
  5. Content Guidelines
    When submitting video content, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure that all uploads are appropriate, relevant, and comply with the intended purpose of the platform:
    • Event Relevance: All video submissions must be directly related to the event for which the upload link was provided. Uploading content unrelated to the event, including personal videos or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited.
    • Inappropriate Content: You agree not to submit any content that:
      • Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence;
      • Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive toward any person or group;
      • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities;
      • Infringes on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
      • Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful elements.
    • Permissions and Rights: You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not infringe on the rights of others. While we understand that music events typically involve large crowds and individuals appearing in recordings, you should avoid focusing on or identifying specific individuals without their consent where feasible. By submitting video content, you affirm that to the best of your knowledge, the video does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.
    6. Rezonate reserves the right to review, remove, or block any video content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant, at our sole discretion.
  6. No Compensation
    You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation or payment for the submission of your video content or its use by Rezonate or the Creator.
  7. Responsibility for Content
    By submitting video content, you acknowledge that:
    • You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
    • Rezonate and the Creator are not responsible for any legal claims or disputes that arise from the video content you submit.
  8. Termination
    Rezonate reserves the right to terminate your ability to submit content at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Termination does not affect the rights already granted under these Terms.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezonate and its affiliates, employees, and directors are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your use of the service or submission of video content.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  11. Changes to the Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the upload service after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
